OSPE conducts engineering Salary Surveys to assist employers develop competitive and effective compensation plans for professional engineering employees. The surveys also help OSPE members understand competitive compensation levels in their profession.

For over 50 years, salary surveys of the engineering profession were conducted by Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) and were transferred to OSPE in 2000. OSPE surveys are published in partnership with Mercer.
